Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Norbaq, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and high-quality solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may necessitate a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our services
Cancellation Policy

Pre-paid Services (e.g., design concepts, development hours) yet to commence: You may cancel services before work begins for a full refund, minus any processing fees. To initiate cancellation, please notify us via email at info@norbaq.com or by phone.

Ongoing Services

Fixed-cost projects: To avoid charges, provide written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) business days before the next scheduled payment.

Hourly billing projects: Projects billed hourly require a [Number]-day written notice to avoid charges for planned work within that timeframe.

Custom Development Projects: Due to their bespoke nature, cancellations after development commences may result in partial charges based on work completed. We will work collaboratively to find an amicable solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally offered on a case-by-case basis. Clear communication throughout the project helps avoid misunderstandings and ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for a Refund

We offer refunds within specified conditions:

a) Technical Issues: If our support team cannot resolve significant technical issues or compatibility problems that hinder proper functionality within a reasonable timeframe, then.

b) If you've expressed dissatisfaction with our software's features or performance to our support team.

c) Unauthorized Charges: If unauthorized charges appear on your credit/debit card due to a purchase on our website.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Domain registrations, SMTP Servers, Dedicated Hosting, Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, Website Design, and SSL Certificates are non-refundable.

We will prorate refunds for shared and reseller accounts for an unused time after the initial 30-day non-conditional money-back period.

Domain Name Registration/Transfer or other domain-related services are non-refundable once purchased.

Social Media Services are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

Here at Norbaq, we understand that situations may change. If you need to request a refund, follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Our friendly customer support team can be reached by phone or email at Info@norbaq.com. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, and a clear explanation for your request.

Review & Decision: Our team will promptly review your request based on our outlined policy. You'll receive a response within seven (07) business days.

Refund Processing: If your request is approved, we'll initiate the refund via your original payment method within seven (07) business days.

Software Deactivation: Upon confirmation of your refund, uninstall and deactivate the software. After receiving a refund, continued use may result in legal action.
